There's a city called "the azure koi fish" that keeps the bad times from happening and prospers even in the midst of them. It's called the "city of salvation" because it's got a tree with gold in it. The narrator tells us that he's been looking for the secret of this city for sixteen years. He's finally found it, and now he has to figure out how to use the magic to unlock the city's secret. He can't figure out where the magic came from, and he'd like to find out how much money the city is really worth. He figures out that there are monsters in the city, but he doesn't know where to find them.
