In this chapter, we learn more about the manager of the underwater structure. He explains that he is also the commissioner of the secret opera-tive of trekman, the man who framed him as a traitor. He is responsible for the safety of the navy, but there are some politically sensitive matters that he can't publicly deal with, so he has to do dirty deeds for the man. The time has come for revenge, he says, against the "elites of sigma city" who have been oppressing the people of sigma as they pleased. He tells us that they will tear down trekmans conspiracy against the city and fight against its dark forces.
