Linwang, the general of the Great zhou Empire's dragon-chariot army, demands that the city gates be opened immediately. He says that the northern palace and the imperial guard are locked in battle, and he demands that they immediately open the gates. He tells the city guards that if they do not, he will have his troops attack the city. He demands to know if anyone has seen a boy with a "purple mark" on his neck. If they do, he says, they will take his troops and leave. He asks if they are aware that harboring wanted criminals is a punishable offense by execution of the entire clan. Linwang says that he has never seen a wanted criminal before, and asks that he leave.
