The flashback reveals that the main culprit in this incident is none other than the pavilion master, who ordered the blacklist to be removed from the official list. The director of the shrine, who is also a member of the royal family, is furious at the fact that he has been ordered to be banished from the palace. He is also angry at the lack of power shown by the other members of the entourage, who are also forbidden to go to the shrine. He demands that they immediately arrest the other party members and tie them up so that they can be brought to the pavilion. He also demands that he be allowed to stay at the palace for the night, so that his wife can experience the splendor of the palace
