This chapter opens with a flashback to the time before the fall of the Ming dynasty, when all the people of the kingdom were killed by the Great White Fang. The narrator tells us that this is the first time he has seen such a large number of people killed in such a short period of time. He also tells us how lucky he is that he is still alive. He then tells the audience that he has killed only one person from the Ming clan. He tells us, however, that he will make sure that the next time he sees a Ming ancestor, he will erase his cultivation and make him regret it for the rest of his life
