About This Chapter
In this short scene, Mina and the other girls discuss their upcoming trip to the shrine of the goddess nami. Mina asks the girls if they'd like to stay for one night, and they all agree. Mina tells the girls that they'll have to go on the road with a beginner driver, since they don't know how to drive a car. Mina also tells them that the shrine is modest, but that it's a good place to visit if you're looking for the "Ise grand shrine" . Mina says that she hopes the tea will suit her palate, and she thanks the girls for their kind words. Mina then introduces the gods, saying that the gods are all chill, but the goddess is on a whole different level. She's not like the other gods, she says, because she's cold. She also says that the tea is "stains" to the tea, and that the name "Shina-tsuhi-ko" , which means "no-kami" in Japanese, is the name of the man who goes by the alias shina-tsuo-ko. Mina thanks him for his kind words, and he says that he's sure that the goddess's intuition is telling him that the man's name is Shina-tsuki-ko, because the time of year is October, the month in which all of Japan's gods journey.
