In this chapter, Enoshima explains that the seven pillars of the universe are human sacrifices sent to the realm of the gods in order to fuse the dimensions. The seven pillars are the ancestors of Enoshima's father, Hiizumi, who was one of the seven members of the branch of his family that was sent to forcibly populate the other realm. In order to stop the Prologue , the demon, gin, was sent there as well. The chapter ends with Enoshima explaining that the town of Minato Mirai was created because of the loss of the members of a lost generation.
