In this chapter, the protagonist explains that his cultivation has improved tremendously, but that he still has a long way to go before he can become a "child of heavens." He tells the audience that he has brought an item to the battlefield that allows him to move between worlds, but he doesn't know whether it will work or not. He also explains that the immortal manor isn't located in the universe at all, but rather in another "greater realm." This means that no one else can enter the manor. The protagonist then describes the view of the universe through the shift badge, which is a miniature representation of each of the 100,000 major worlds. He thinks that the lower worlds must be the "ascension tunnels." The protagonist concludes that there are "way more than millions" of smaller worlds out there, and he wonders if they are some "big independent worlds" like the "true phoenix world" or the "stellar world."
