Now that he's back in Zheji city, Fang is worried that he won't be able to support him because of his feud with the two other lords. He tells Fang that he has come to help the humans return to their former glory. He asks Fang to pass a scroll to the Queen of the world, who is in her personal world. Fang tells the Queen that he needs her to find someone in the world and pass the scroll to her. This means that the Queen trusts him, even though it's difficult for him to do so. Fang says that he can't tell the Queen what's going on because she's supposed to know, but he'll tell her the details once they're settled down. Fang explains that his primordial chaos energy isn't liquifying yet because he doesn't have enough innate energy to do it.
