In this chapter, Heaven Eye and Earth Eye are born in this world. Heaven Eye is on the sea body, and earth eye is on earth body. The battle is about to begin again, and Heaven Eye wants to help Earth Eye destroy it. He wonders where his boss is, and wonders why he is giving orders. The building is collapsing, and he doesn't want anyone to get hurt. He's happy to help, but he's not happy to hurt the people in the building. The bureau of everything is garbage, and the bureau of heaven eye is a worthy opponent. Earth Eye's act really caught him off guard. He thinks that heaven eye can't keep up with the sea's strength, and that he'll have to kill all of the monsters in the world. He also thinks that jin and the old woman aren't involved in the bureau, so they don't have to worry about it. Earth eye is rebelling, and it looks like he and jin are the only ones who are rebelling. If they lose the pillar, they'll be dragged down to the underworld.
