About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that our boss is on his way to the battlefield. He's not going to lose, but he's feeling a little weird about being sent in first. He doesn't know why they sent him in first, and he'd never thought they'd send someone in first in the first place. He says he'll take it as a compliment that they sent someone in before him. The two men begin to fight, and the first man says they've already started. The second man says that they're already in the middle of a battle, and that the other team is stronger than the first team. The first man is shocked, and says they didn't build their team from the ground up, so they shouldn't be worried about their titles. They're not worried about these titles, he says, because the other teams aren't as strong as they think they are. He asks the second man to let him off the hook, and they start to fight again. He wants to know what else they can do, and if they lose, he wants to dig his heart out for them. He bets a small number and a large number on the outcome of the game, and hopes that the bureau will still recover him after all this fighting.
