The Governess tells the young man that he is welcome in the city, but he is not welcome in his son's school. He tells the Governess that his late brother wanted him to be the governor of the city so that he and his son could live together in peace. He also tells the man that his brother was dying when he was killed, and that he must have been reincarnated to be able to kill him. The young man tells him that he has poisoned his own internal organs, so he will die before they can live together.
