In this chapter, we are introduced to two characters, Miss Green and her husband. Miss Green tells us that her company is in financial trouble and needs money. She tells her husband that they have a lawsuit against a company called "J Entertainment" and that they need to appear before a judge in person in order to win. She invites her husband to a party at which they will be able to win the lawsuit. She also tells him that the lawsuit is scheduled to be heard in court in the next few days. She asks him to bring everyone to the party. He agrees to do so and tells her that he will bring orange juice. He then asks her why she is so happy. She replies that he is the most interesting person she has ever met. She then asks him what makes him happy. He replies that it is not his ability that makes him so happy, but his body and intellect. He says that one day, he will be as good as his brother. He tells her not to treat him like a child and to work for him faithfully. He also tells her to remember that she is coming. She says that she will be coming. He asks her to come with him, but she tells him not to, as it is just a meal. She explains that she needs to thank him for paying off her brother's debts. She adds that she wishes to celebrate her victory in the court in advance.
