We learn that the patient's name is John Doe and that he has been admitted to the 718 health complex in the city of New York. The patient acknowledges that he is solely responsible for the medical costs of his care during his stay at the hospital and that the discharge from the hospital has been approved by all attending physicians. We also learn that John Doe's doe has been cut loose and that someone has come to pick him up.
