In this chapter, we learn that the crew of the "quin zaza" is on the hunt for the ship's second engine, which is supposed to power the new ship. They're also looking for the original ship, which went down in the Marianas 15 years ago. The captain of the first ship told them that he probably brought the ship down on land, even though it killed him. So, they're going to find the second engine for the "new ship" . But first, they need to find out where the first "quinza" went down. They can't just go looking for "a runaway princess" , they have to find a ship that went down a long time ago.
