About This Chapter
This chapter's epigraph is from the opening lines of Act IV, Scene 1 of the novel, "Dun dun loca, dun dun dun di woham" . It's a reference to the arrow that Hirohito fired at him in Act IV. The scene opens with a flashback to the battle of the "gardes" in the previous chapter. The "garde" is a group of soldiers who have been captured by the "execution squad" and are being held captive by an anti-poetic agent. The flashback shows that Hiroshito's arrow was fired at the enemy, and that the enemy retaliated by firing back at them with their own arrows. The gardes have returned to normal, and Hiroshio's arrows are no match for the arrows of the enemy. The execution squad has returned to the scene of the battle, and the garde is back underground. They've returned to their normal position, and they don't have to worry about the aposims. They can use their power to rescue the survivors of the attack. They have some food to eat. The dook has made a "rod shape" out of his body, and he's made it so that he can shoot through the enemy's armor. He says that the probability of an enemy being killed by a bullet is "99 percent" , which means that the odds are good that he'll be able to kill the dook. He's also made a rod shape so that if he misses, he can use it to hit the enemy head-on . He also says that if they get close enough, they'll have time to attack the enemy with their "aposimz" equipment. They need to get back underground and rescue Hiroshino's comrades. They also need to rescue some of the other garde soldiers, who are trapped underground. As they're talking, they hear the echo of Hiro
