About This Chapter
In this short scene, the three students discuss the nature of the magic that they have created. The students are worried about each other's well-being, and the teacher tries to calm them down by saying that they are alone now. The three wonder aloud what the trees are moving around in the school yard. The teacher tells them that there is no one looking at them, and that they must be okay on their own. He then asks the students to tell him what they saw in the yard, and they all agree that the trees were moving around. When the teacher asks if he can see the trees, the students reply that they did not look at each other, but that the teacher must be sorry to make them worry. The two wonder aloud if there is a key that they can use to unlock the mystery, and when the teacher says that they cannot just say that the key is a literal key, they realize that they need to workshop the mystery a bit more. They wonder if they could get some good goin' here to help them unlock it, and then they turn their attention back to the other students, who are complaining about the cold and the lack of food in the kitchen. One of the students says that he would like to meet yue someday, and another says that yukito told him that he should grow big like a monster in order to impress yue. The other student says that pip has said that he cannot sense magic from the others, and eriol has not yet replied either. They thank each other for their efforts, and wish each other luck in the future
