In this chapter, we learn that Caius has fallen in love with another woman, and that he is now engaged to another woman. Caius tells his sister that he does not want Caius to be jealous of his new love, because he has known Caius since he was a little boy. He tells her that he has always loved her, even though he is sad that he will not be able to marry Caius. He also tells Caius that his parents know that he only has one sister, and Caius hopes that he can help Caius fulfill her dreams.
