In this short scene, we learn that Asuka has sent her litter of puppies to a new home. The puppies are excited to be reunited with their mother, but they are also saddened by the fact that they have not received their new greeting cards. Asuka scolds the puppies for their rudeness, and the puppies respond by complaining that they were sent on a "wild chase" after moving house, and that the greeting cards were "horriblely sorry." Asuka also accuses the puppies of having killed a man with a "bakemo," a type of dog that is used to hide its tracks, and of having been seized by a "kakuremino" , a dog that has been crushing ants. When the puppies learn that the owner of the bakemo has been "crushing ants" since they arrived, they are shocked to learn that he has been trying to hide his love for the puppies, but that he is losing a 100 pant fight with them. When Asuka tries to leave, the puppies are so upset that they begin to form a transhumane form.
