In this chapter, we are introduced to Kintetsu hito, the protagonist of the story. He is a young boy who has been orphaned by his father, who is a member of the Ku Klux Klan. He has been raised to be a good person and to be obedient to his father's wishes, but he is also a bad influence on his younger brother, who has become a good man. He does not want his brother to grow up to be like him, and he is determined to do everything in his power to make sure that he does not do so.
