The ghost says that he's fine, and that he can just connect his two halves with an alloy and pull himself back together. He'll do this by hand, he says, but he can't move his alloy because it's so heavy. He tells the ghost to stop nagging him, and says that they've been trying to outlast the goblins for a while, and now they need to drop the lower half of his body first. He says he'll be able to do it soon enough. The ghost tells him to hang in there, and he agrees. The goblins are always trying to kill him, the ghost says, and they're always making trouble for him. He hates that, too, and wants to kill them. He asks the ghost if he can protect him, but the ghost won't tell him.
