About This Chapter
Izumi and her father discuss what has happened. Izumi says that she is tired of killing people and that she does not want to kill anyone. She tells her father that the man who tried to kill her was a reporter and that he was followed by police. She says that her house was not surrounded by armed men and that the traffic report did not show up in her house. Her father says that he had forgotten how ruthless the man could be. He tells her that he could have killed him while he was asleep but that he would have been turned into guinea. He says that his feelings settle quickly and that it is not good to "bottle things up". He tells his father that he knows that he has been worried about something. He asks her what happened to her and she says that nothing has happened and that her body is not the same as hers. She asks her father why he won't tell her about what happened and he says that the more he denies it, the less he believes her. He adds that if the man had been watching them, he would think that she was a monster and that they should kill him too. He shows up at noon the next day and he is still following them. They have to live together and he has to investigate him. They call a friend and ask him to help them.
