Five years have passed since Menhir formed his illusion troupe. He has been told by god to visit the moon at night, where he found a boy who looked "venointed in his eyes" . He hypnotized him and put him and another boy through seven lily . Menhir says that he has high hopes for the two children, but now he will do what he wants. He says that his troupe will be called the "starship cult" and that the boy will be the last boss. He tells Menhir that he will be disqualified from the performance if he does not comply with the rules. He asks why he would want to kill himself, and Menhir replies that everyone has left him except him. He wonders why he is so mad, and wonders if the woman who saved his life is the one to snap him out of his madness. He thinks that he is running away from her, but he is not getting closer. He realizes that the audience is catching fire, and he wonders if it is real.
