The next morning, the Governess wakes up in the middle of the night to find that she has received a call from an unknown number. The Governess tells the unnamed man that she cares for him, and that he has been staring at her like that for 38 straight minutes. She tells him that she is tired of staring at him like this, and asks if he is still awake. The man tells her that he is, and she tells him to go to sleep. When she asks him why he is awake, he says that he can't sleep because he has to do his homework. He says that when he needs to smile, he should just smile immediately. When he is happy, he will naturally smile, and when he is unhappy, he won't be able to do so. He promises to teach her one trick that will make her smile.
