In this chapter, we learn that Luo's birthday wish is to see his childhood friend, whom he hasn't seen in years. Luo says that they haven't spoken in years, and that they've forgotten each other. He tells us that his grandma told him that he grew up alone, so he always dreamed of him. He says that he can't understand why Luo would ask him for help, because he already knows that he's not. He wants to help Luo because he doesn't want him to be sad.
