The next morning, Yuxing wakes up with a headache. He tells Lin that he has to go back to school first because he twisted his neck while sleeping the night before. Lin tells him that he will tutor him so that he can get 120 marks in the exam the next day. Yuxing asks Lin if he has finished all of the exam problems he gave him last night. He says that he did, but that it was better than the wrong answers he got on the previous night's exam. He also says that Lin's tutor, Nan, has been helping him prepare for the exam and that he hopes to get into a university in the future.
