About This Chapter
The Parsian army defeats the enemy forces, and rumors spread that the sindhura have betrayed the three kingdoms. The parsians have decided to make peace with the sindhurans only if they release all of their prisoners. As for the prisoners freed by the lusitians, it is decided that they will not accept the prisoners of any other religion. The land and riches of the kingdom are the Parsians's, and they do not believe in any god other than the god of yalbaoth. They believe in one god, an absolute god. They do not accept any other religions. They will kill anyone who tries to convert them to another religion. He is banished from the palace while he was escorting a mission to the kingdom of serica, and he wanted to prove that the king was corrupt. He was worried about the soldiers he had left behind. He wanted to make sure that they were punished. He also wanted to show the king that he was corrupt, and that he had tried to get rid of them. He had gone to the king and asked him to punish them, but the king had refused to do so. He did not want to see the soldiers killed, and so he tried to prove the corruptness of the king's servants. He tried to make the king punish the servants, but he had not been successful. Now that he is a recluse, he is no longer a threat to kharlan. He wants to eat a meal. He asks him to tell the dog that it is too bad for him to be so much of a threat. He offers to buy his loyalty with gold. In return for his loyalty, he promises to paint his face in life.
