In this chapter, we learn that ghosts are not allowed to leave their bodies, and that they are allowed to touch one another's bodies only if they are "impure." In other words, they can't touch their own bodies, but they can touch each other's. This is the first time we've seen the four of them together, and it's a big deal. They're talking about ghosts, and they're having a lot of fun at the same time.
