Part Two opens with the landlord and the hotaru eating breakfast together. The hotaru asks the landlord if he wants to eat the fat milk. The landlord replies that he does not want to eat it because it is fattening. The happy couple talks about how they used to live in the same roof as each other and how he used to tell her off for not following his schedule. When they were living in the roof, he told her off and she made a song and danced out of it. She tells the landlord that she has a date today and that she is the one who pushed her eyelashes to push it for Saturday. She says that she would never make it back to her parents' place because she does not think it will work out. She wants to make sure that the date is a success and that her love life, work life, and home life are all in balance.
