About This Chapter
As the storm continues to batter the area, the students discuss the possibility of losing power. They decide that they need to secure food and water for the night before the storm arrives. They roll their eyes at the thought of having to deal with the aftermath of a big storm, but then they realize that they are in the midst of a disaster response. The students discuss whether it is better to have a giant pool of water or a giant chicken in it. They also discuss the fact that it is a second year at the university, and that they have not yet experienced the magnitude of the storm. They discuss whether the students are aware of their situation, and whether they feel excited about it. The girls discuss whether they should bring in food, and then they discuss the lack of water in the storm's aftermath. They worry that they will not be able to bathe or use the toilet
