About This Chapter
The chapter opens with a description of the "pudding summit" that is to take place on May 24th, 5th, and 6th. Minato senses that it is the day of the summit, but she does not know where to find the snacks. She asks takanashi if he would mind if she ate lunch at the summit. He replies that it does not matter whether she does it or not, as long as she eats it. He tells her that he has come to tell her about the English exchange student, who broke a vase and broke a piece of paper. He asks her if she has a good score in English, and she says that she usually has a low score. She tells him that she is too dumb to know her lessons, and he tells her not to worry about it. The chapter ends with an account of the search for the lost sword carried out by Minato and his wife. They left Minato with high hopes and invincible courage, but the sword was not found so easily. Jurobei was constantly on the alert, and week after week he did not return until he found the sword. He became a pirate, a robber, and an impostor by turns, for the sake of his master's future. In begging for help, Minato forgot about physics.
