He offers to help her find a job, and tells her that it is hard for her to get one because she does not have fixed hours. She tells him to get up and wait for her, as she is about to leave. She asks him why he is eating so little lately, and he tells her it is because he is hungry. He tells her she can nourish herself with the bird's nest that his friend gave him. He says that he has lost his reputation because his father wanted to suppress rumors about him being a homosexual. He adds that he does not like her, but he promises to keep his promise to her.
