He says that the police have told him that the fire was caused by an accident. Eno blames himself for the whole thing, saying that he always lets his imagination get the better of him. Eno thinks that the kindness of strangers is a sign of kindness, and he thanks the director for his help. Eno says that he wants to make sure that this disaster doesn't happen again.
