Rivers tells Rivers to take care of the patient, who is "foggy" because of the anesthetic. Rivers suggests that they go to an amusement park, but Rivers refuses, saying that he wants to eat ice cream. Rivers says that he is hungry, but that he does not want to eat too fast, as he is afraid that the ice cream will cause him to lose his appetite
