In this chapter, the narrator tells us that his mother attended a university and worked there as a research assistant. She got to know a lot of people there, including her mentor. He used to mock her during lectures, and she used to avoid him whenever she saw him. He has been taking care of her since then, cleaning up her mess so that she can focus on improving her and her son's later. The narrator asks his father if he wants his son to go back to school. He says he wants him to go, but he's afraid that he might attract some girls because of how cute he is. He tells his father that he has talked to his son about going to school, and he seems interested in it.
