It's now lap five, and we find out that Lap 5 was won by a boy who weighed seven kilos. We're not sure what the boy's name is, but we're guessing it's Nemo. We learn that Nemo's leg is so short that he's not able to reach the outside of the vehicle with his foot, so they're going to need to add a lot of weight to the front of the car to keep him balanced. Nemo says he'll figure out a way to get the extra weight on the outside, but he doesn't have a manual to help him do it. He's got a bunch of little pieces that have to be put in the right places, and they've all got to be memorized. He says that Nemo will find a way around it, but it'll be a long time before he wins another race.
