In this short scene, Ming-ling tries to catch up with his brother, who has been injured in the battle. He has completed his mission and is now able to join the ranks of the divine clan. He tells his brother that his mission has been accomplished and that his mother has asked him to team up with her. He then goes on to explain that he has already called the police and his mother to bring them to the New Moon internet cafe, where they will be able to find out what has happened to the two of them. The two men exchange gold coins for black iron eggs, which are tokens that the npc can use to earn more gold coins. The npc then sends a message congratulating Ming on becoming a beastmaster, which is a sign that he is a member of the clan.
