About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the General's mansion has been investigated for possible child pornography, and that the family has been found guilty. The narrator tells the audience that if the mansion were really innocent, the whole world would not be in such a mess. He also tells them that the lower classes also want to learn bow and arrow skills, so they can compete with the General. He tells little cub that if he loses, he can kneel down and bow to him, but he will not give him the chance to compete with him. He says that if little cub loses, then he should show him how his arrow hit the middle of the ring. Little cub tells him how he did, and the narrator tells him that he crushed him completely. He asks little cub to apologize to his bow and arrows, but little cub refuses, saying that he is so cute that he didn't need to kneel to apologize. He then tells the story of how his mother gave him the ring, and how it took 15 gold coins for him to get it.
