The wolf is dressed in his wolf's clothes and tells the prince that he should be civil with the princess. He tells her that he will tell the truth if she tells him the truth. The prince is surprised that the wolf would tell him such a thing. The wolf tells him that he has gone too far in acting as a bad cop. He asks the prince if there is a problem with the doctor's prescription and the prince says that there is. The princess vomits out the poison and the wolf says that she needs rest. He hopes that the princess can forgive him.
