INKR Global Pte. Ltd dba INKR , a limited company organized under the laws of Singapore (" INKR ," " us ," " we ," or " our") has created the INKR online software platform that makes available select comic books and related material (the "INKR Platform") accessible via the INKR website located at www.inkr.com (the " Website") and through INKR's proprietary mobile application software made available on the iOS and Android platforms (the " INKR App").
With the launch of INKR Comics Media Solutions (the " INKR CMS"), a self-publishing platform that lets comics creators self-publish their comics through INKR Services, we intend to build a community where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable in sharing and interacting with each other.
In order to help facilitate a positive environment, you must strictly adhere to the INKR's community policy and content publishing guidelines (the " Community Policy and Content Publishing Guidelines") which is also incorporated and made a part of the INKR Terms of Service located at https://inkr.com/terms (the " Terms"). Any capitalized terms used herein and not defined shall have the meaning given to such terms in the Terms.
Community Policy and Content Publishing Guidelines
1.1. Original content. You must ensure that the content posted by you on the platform is original and doesn't reflect somebody else's idea, contents and does not infringe on the copyright, trademark, publicity right of any other party.
1.2. Ads and sponsored content. You must not upload or post anyadvertising, sponsored content and/or third party links in and around your content which is in violation of the Terms.
1.3. Personal and confidential information. You must refrain from posting or sharing your own or any other person's confidential and personally identifiable information (e.g. medical records or financial information).
1.4. Copyrighted content. You must ensure that your content does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, design rights, patent rights, privacy rights etc. Repeated infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyright, may attract termination of your account besides other appropriate legal action.
1.5. Sexually explicit content. You must not upload or publish e xplicit content intended to be sexually gratifying (like pornography, partial or full nudity etc) on the platform. Sexually explicit content featuring minors and content that sexually exploit minors will be further reported to the local law enforcement agency.
1.6. Violent or graphic content. You must not upload or publish c ontent that incites or glorifies violence with the intention to shock or disgust viewers, or content encouraging others to commit violent acts is not allowed on the platform.
1.7. Abusive or hateful content. You must not upload or publishcontent that promotes violence or harassment against an individual or group based on ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
1.8. Dangerous and illegal activities. You must not upload or publishcontent that promotes or facilitates dangerous or illegal activities, including self-harm, such as self mutilation, eating disorders, or drug abuse. You must also not upload or publishcontent to threaten or organize violence or support violent organizations.
1.9. Harassment and cyberbullying. You must not upload or publish c ontent that sends messages intended to harass, bully, or physically or sexually threaten others.
1.10. Spam and malware. You must not post unsolicited, unwanted content or links including excessive repetitive, duplicate, or unoriginal content, links to malware, viruses, or other harmful software, creating profiles or uploading content with the primary purpose to drive traffic to external websites, or to dubiously increase view counts or perform social interactions.
If you find something that violates our Community Policy and Content Publishing Guidelines or Terms, please report the content as objectionable immediately. INKR takes any report of this nature seriously and will review the content in question at the earliest possible. If the reported material violates our Terms or Community Policy and Content Publishing Guidelines, the content will be permanently deleted from all of our available platforms including our Website, INKR App and Services.
2.1. Reporting Inappropriate Content.** To report inappropriate content that violates the content policy and content publishing guidelines as specified under Section 1 reach out to us via email at [email protected] . Reported content will be reviewed by our moderation team, and content in violation with our policies will be removed.
2.2. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement. If you would like to report a claim of copyright infringement, please send us a written notice with substantially the following information:
2.2.1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2.2.2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe to have been infringed or, if the claim involves multiple works on the Service, a representative list of such works.
2.2.3. Identification of the material you believe to be infringing in a sufficiently precise manner to allow us to locate that material.
2.2.4. Sufficient and valid supporting documentation that proves the existence and ownership of the claimed rights in the relevant jurisdiction and that the specific listings complained of constitute or contain an infringement of the said rights.
2.2.5. Adequate information by which we can contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address).
2.2.6. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
2.2.7. A statement that the information in the written notice is accurate.
Please be aware that if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity on the Service is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under the applicable laws.
2.3. Counter-Notification Procedures. If you believe that material you posted on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a "Counter-Notice" ) by submitting a written notification to us. The Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:
2.3.1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2.3.2. An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
2.3.3. Adequate information by which we can contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address).
2.3.4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
2.3.5. A statement that you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Service was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under the applicable laws.

Repeat Infringers. It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
